Caddo & Bossier Parish Coaches Meeting - 

July 28 & 29

We were blessed to be able to keep Jeff Duke with us for the week.  He spoke to the Bossier Parish Coaches on Thursday, July 28th and spoke to the Caddo Parish Coaches on Friday, July 29th.  We want to thank D.C. Machen and Scott Smith, with Bossier Parish, and Alan Carter and Jimmy Windham, with Caddo Parish, for allowing us to have Jeff in front of all their coaches.  Jeff shares with the coaches what a 3 Dimensional Coach looks like.  He is great on the fundamentals, but adds the psychology and heart, to become a 3D coach! Psychology is the second dimension that includes motivation, confidence, Intensity, focus, emotions, mental imagery, routine, and team cohesion.  This leads to the heart, which leads to internal transformation.  We have heard great comments from the Bossier and Caddo coaches about Jeff and what he shared.  I will be visiting with coaches all through the fall to follow-up what Jeff shared with them.
